Global Launch & Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)
Working time: Full-time
Your role:
- Creation of volume and value forecasts for our launch assets
- Decisions on product launches/ territories (products where we plan a territorial expansion/ new products and line extensions) as well as on the launch sequence across Europe
- Coordination of launch processes with our affiliates
- Creation and maintenance of launch plans in the commercial project management tool
- Project management in collaboration with the relevant departments (e.g. Country Heads, Global Marketing, Tender and pricing, Controlling, SCM,…)
- Seting up and review the compliance with all qualitative and quantitative KPI’s(e.g. costs, sales, market share)
- Regular review of the existing portfolio regarding profitability
Experience & qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the generic market
- Excellent forecasting skills and knowledge of market data and competitive analysis
- Proven track record of successful launch management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Intercultural competence
- Excellent project management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and decisiveness
- fluency in English (must) and advanced level of German (pre)
